“The housekeeping was a joke. For a 5 nights stay they never cleaned the bathroom (just changed the towels and the toilet paper) and never changed the bed. They took the garbage from the room though, daily . You have to get used to live in your own dirt. Breakfast was average with limited choices. Restaurant offered outstanding food of superb quality and taste, but the menu was limited. The gym is way above average and top notch for the level of the hotel. “Hotel was very nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. It's in a very good position if you want to get into Cambridge as we did. The park and ride is only a few minutes away and excellent. But it did seem very impersonal that there was no one around during the day to go to if there was any problem. Our bed was made but the bathroom wasn't touched so no clean towels, floor mat or the sink cleaned which is what we'd expect from a hotel. The breakfast was very good, plenty of choice for...

“We often pick the graduate because we love the atmosphere, river views and location. Room was great as always.. Until we dropped something and looked under the bed.. Could do with a hoover. Other than that and the lack of black pudding.. The usual perfect stay. The staff are always welcoming, friendly and attentive. The balcony was bonus, even in December. ”
